You might want to find a different opportunity for yourself.

Perhaps find a company that will move you up, make you a manager, or consider trying to become an owner yourself. Try to develop a program for yourself that over time moves you upward in compensation and recognition. If you are in a small company, perhaps move to a larger one. If you are in a non-profit or government, you may need to move to a "hot" for-profit organization. In other words, the energy to move your compensation up appears to be within YOU. Use it.
