First of all, you need to get hold of the State licensing requirements for this type of business. Once again, go to Infoseek and search on "daycare". You will find approximately 33,000 hits. Within this search, search on the word "licensing". You will find over 650 entries, mostly by state. There are a couple of Web sites that might interest you in particular: http://www.homenetworking.com/ and another search in InfoSeek based on the words "home-based businesses" which generates over 13,000 listings, many of which are multi-level marketing companies which might not interest you.
